Driving License

Today is a momentous day so I decided to blog after such a long time. I got my driving license on my first attempt. Hurray!! My driving test was around 2.45pm and I had a warm-up session at around 1.50pm. Even though I got some demerit points during my test, I still managed to pass it. Thank you God for your guidance!!

Since I am finally blogging, I would like to give an update on what has been going on. I have decided to go to Brisbane and study in the University of Queensland. I am taking my a commerce course and hope to major in accounting and finance on the 2nd year. I most probably will be living for Australia on the 8 July.

Tomorrow is the day of the PC fair. I really need to go for the fair and buy a laptop. Maybe on the 1st day of the fair will be less crowded because I really hate the crowd. The IT fair in March was so crowded that people had to squeeze from first floor all the way to the fair itself. I was working for a lenovo redemption counter at that time and really hated the crowd.

Judo National Team Championship

Posting in my blog after such a long absence. This year was really busy. Anyway, today was the Judo National Team Championship A division Girls. *Sigh* we lost to RJC and NYJC. But, a good fight was put up. Sam manage to beat a blue belt RJC girl who is heavier than her. I only fought with an NYJC girl, but lost. I could have beat her, but still I lost...life is really filled with disappointments.

WOW it really has been a long time since I UPDATED my blog. Since school reopened, I didn't have much time. Its already the 4th week of school. Yesterday was my parents' birthday. Well, happy belated birthday. Sorry but I didn't was very busy during the whole week so didn't manage to find time to buy you all gifts. I promise to get the presents over this weekend.

Time has really seem like a shortage. Not only are there lots of homework given, but there is also cca 3 times a week plus Chingay training. Tests are also coming up with the 1st being Econs essay on Wed. Better allocate time to studyxD Music theory exam is also coming real soon in March. I really need to practise it alot...hoping to get a distinction for it.

Well, I better go sleep already if not I will have lack of sleep. Blog again when I find the time.

long time no blog

Its been a long time since I blogged. Lots of times have happened since. Holidays are already more than half way through. During this time, I had a Mawai Eco-camp which was fantastic and worked at Dynasty Travel. In the former, I made many new friends and had great fun even though the camp was literary going back to nature. There was no electrocity, hence we had to rely on touchlight to see our way around at night. Our resthouse was exposed to nature, with insects even making it part of their home. Still, I had an enjoyable time. Never have I felt more fortunate that I have electricity in my home and a personal bathroom which do not run out of water.

Working at Dynasty is great. The people there are wonderful. Even though there is a really stressful and hectic working environment, I love my job a lot. It is really sad that tomorrow is my last day working there. I'll really miss the constant ringing of the phone and helping to sell tours to customers. Many times, I had to face unhappy customers who complained nonstop on the phone and had to overcome the difficulty of satisfying the customers -both those who already booked a tour and those who have not. It was difficult to answer customers at times since some of them are really unreasonable and want things their way now although it was impossible. There are also few full time stuff free to help us (elton, kelvin, simeon and me). So we had to overcome many problems ourselves or just wait until help is available. But many times, the wait is very long and the customers become impatient and call back demanding for service.

Anyway, tomorrow is finally the last day of work because I am going to Hokkaido with my family. We have to reach the airport at 9.30pm. We'll come back on the 21st of Dec. Even though there is still time before the holidays end and I can still work, my mum doesnt want me to as she wants me to study. This is a good idea since I have not even started on a single holiday homework. Well, I got to go already, will blog soon.

While my sister when to orchard for her chinese tuition, here I am stuck at home. Well I guess thats not all that bad. Anyway later at around 6.30pm I would be leaving the house to meet my church friends. We are going to Tan Tock Seng Hospital today to visit Samuel. Really pray hard to God that Sam will recover fast.

Anyway, I uploaded my Alaska trip photos in facebook. If you like, you can go view them. I even took pictures with my neighbour's new puppy, Noodie. She is a super cute dog and is only a few months old. It was such a delight carrying her in my arms. I really wish I can own a dog for my own but of cause my mum would never approve of it. Oh well, I guess I can just play with Noodie from a distance then.

Adding to my mid-year grades, the final grades are d,s,c,c,b respectively. Well, horrible results as you can see but at least I can promote. Well, now all to worry about is Chinese a-level exam coming on 29 Oct and PW oral presentation (OP) on 31 Oct. I am extremely worried for OP though. Up till now, my group has still not thought of what to do for it. Anyway better think of something quick.

On Sat was my 17 birthday. Sheryl came to my house in the morning around 10am to watch some movies. She had to leave at 3.30pm though because she had some church stuff. Sunday, went to watch Balls of fury. The movie was not as bad as I thought because hearing from some of the reviews from my friends, it was bad. The movie turned put quite hilarious.

Ching Man's birthday

Wow it has been a long time since I last blogged. Yesterday was Ching Man's birthday. After school, Yixuan, Audrey, Sheryl, Joey, Zhenyi and me went out together to celebrate with ChingMan on her 18th birthday. We went to town and had dinner at Cartel Cafe...took us so long to finally decide where to go. By the time, many people were already very hungryXDDD We ate 3 baskets full of bread even before our proper meal came (all thanks to the free flow of bread!!!) After dinner, we went Ben and Jerry's for dessert. We had so much fun laughing, talking and even taking pictures. Sad that I had to go home earlier if not my mum would come after me.

Today there was morning PT at 6.45am for us judokas. I was feeling super tired and sleepy. It must be because I had not run for far too long. We had to run sets of 2 rounds + lots of push-ups and sit-ups. Even had difficulty climbing up the 5 flight of steps to go to class.

We also got to know our chemistry MCQ marks...20/30. Oh well, I really hope I did well for my paper. Countdown: 4 more days till my 17th birthday!!!!

Yeepeee!!! Its the end of the promotional examinations! Even though I am extremely worried for my results, I am trying hard not to think about it for now. Yesterday after my last paper, H1 economics, I went out with my classmates to eat at Crystal Jade Kitchen. We wented to eat at Sakae Sushi at first but there was a change of plans last minute. Since it was also Joanna's birthday, we bought her a small cake and sang her a birthday song after our meal in Crystal Jade. Well, Happy Belated Birthday again JoannaXD After eating, we were not sure what to do, so we just hanged around for a relatively long while. In the end, we girls decided just to walk around and shop, leaving the guys behind to think of what they are going to do.

Today, there is no school. Later tonight there will be a judo bbq at Audrey's house which I am most probably going. The only problem is that I need to pay $8 for going but I can only go there much later at 8pm when it starts around 5pm. Well, I guess that's how it is, unless of cause, my mum do not allow me to go since it is after my piano lesson.

YES!!! Today we finally handed up our final written report for PW. This means no more PW other than the oral presentationXD Yesterday was an extremely stressful day. Went to Selene's house to do the PW after school and only finally finished it at 12.30am. I felt so proud that my group managed to cut of 1000 words from our written report even though we still overshot the word limit of 3000 by about 300 words. My dad came to pick me up from Selene's house. He waited for me for such a long time that he became quite upset but what to do...we had to finish it by that yesterday night because I had to go home and bind our written report (asked dad to bring home his binding machine just for this purpose). By the time I slept, it was around 2.15 am. Wow, I really feel extremely exhausted today. For two consecutive days I have been sleeping so late due to PW. On Wed, I slept at 1am. After doing the PW, I still had to do other work for GP and economics. At least this part is finally over^_^

Wow, it has been a long time since I last updated my blog!!! Promos are coming really soon. The 1st paper is General Paper (next Fri:21 Seb). Now really feel very stressful with PW to top it of.

Last week was a straight break for the September holidays. Ivy came to my house to stay. We went to Malaysia (Johor Bahru) on the 2-3 Sept just to have a short break. I really don't think I studied hard enough during that hols.

Its really such a huge coincidence that Sheryl and my sister shares the same birthday on 8th Sept. Bought two presents for two people. Now must save up for future use. I bought the presents together with Ivy on 7 Sept straight after meeting my pw group in Nigal's house.

YES!! Guess what I got for an advance birthday present too!! A new handphone (Nokia N6288). I changed my plan to the students plan at last=D Now finally have 1000 free smsXD I didn't change my phone number so don't worry. All the new numbers were terrible so I didn't subscribe to new plan but changed my current plan(renewed). Even though I have lesser talking time but it is definitely worth it to stick to my current number.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEN-san=D Have a great birthday tomorrowXD Yesterday around 3.30pm, I left the house for a birthday celebration. Went to watch the movie, Hairspray with the birthday bo-i! The movie was fantastic...laugh throughout the movie. After the movie, ate at Pepper house...thanks again for dinner dono;)And thanks for the surprise pick upXD If I left home with my mum and sister, you would not have been able to carry out the surprise. Well, thank God for my good weather instinct and went back home to get an umbrella. I really had a wonderful time. When my birthday comes, I really have to think about how to make up to you!!!

Today, after church, went for my parents' connect group for the 40 days of purpose. Won't be able to make it for XS again this Sat because I won't be in Singapore for one day. Anyway, the group were made up of all the OLDER people, so wasn't really able to connect with them and their somehow UNFUNNY jokes...After that went to town. On the bus from church, my shoe strap broke!! Had to buy a new pair of shoes from town..It was the most uncomfortable experience.

Well, the short holiday break is over...school has already went on as usual..today already had a math test and tomorrow will have an econs test..even need to hand in econs project.

On Saturday, there was a judo jc2 graduation. We, JC1s planned games and a dinner for them (payed for them too)...my game station was called you eat and I eat. It was a wet game..if you lose, get damped by a pile of water. This is how it goes: one person will say you eat/I eat and the other person will say chicken wing/chicken but at the same time. so if I were to say "I eat" and my opponent said "chicken wing"...I would win because I am eating chicken wing..but if my opponent said chicken butt instead, I would lose and get damped with water. Same goes if I say "you eat"..The object if is for me to eat chicken wing or for you to eat chicken butt...loser gets himself or herself very VERY wet. My station was managed by Huimin, Iqbal, Nick and me^^ it was really fun but tiring because we had to keep on running up and down to fill the 2 pails full of water. After that, we went to Sakae Sushi to eat sushi buffet...the j2s really looked very happy. Ate so much that it was really difficult to stand when I went home together with Kelvin,(taking the same train direction as me), Elton and Iqbal...Overall a wonderful dayXD

Yesterday, went out with my class girls to eat at Island creamery(eat ice-cream!!) The guys went to corination to eat lemon chicken. We had to leave around 4.10pm because Weiqi and Joanna had tuition at 5pm with Nigel at Hougang (they left just a little earlier than all of us) when Camille and me walked to the bus-stop, we met them^^ later the bus came and all of us went up(taking same bus)..guess who we met??Nigel..maybe it was planned but at that time, I did not know. Anyway got to go do econs project (presentation report) due tomorrow..blog next time

End of National Day holiday

Its coming to the end of the 2 days National Day break. On 8 August, school ended at around 10.45pm. After the celebration in school (the worst national day celebration I have ever had...it was so boring that I was half asleep throughout...boring plays, even the singing part was sooo boring), went out with classmates to eat at BK in Far East. After that, watch movie, Disturbia with a number of them (girls:Sook Sian, Joanna. guys: Nigel, Jonathan, Hua Jia, Xing Hao). Selene and Leonard were with us until the movie started at 2.10pm. But, they had other stuff at 4pm so could not watch the movie with us.

Yesterday was National Day. It was the 1st time in a long time that I did not attend the NDP. This year's parade was the 1st in Marina Bay, on the world largest floating platform. At night, I went to watch Bourne Ultimatum with family in Yishun GV. The movie was great! Just that the movie plot moved so fast that it was sometimes difficult to catch.

Well, today is the day after National Day already. Had a make up piano theory lesson (so unfair..mr foo can make up lesson but i can't). Mostly spent my time cleaning up my stuff and playing audi...yay audi i now am Clubber at lastXD I also formed team today with level 20 and level 18 girl and guy respectively...Well blog next time..have to go to sleep because tomorrow must wake up early to go to school...judo j2 grad thing..must be in school by 9am:(

YAY!! Tomorrow is the eve of the National Day holidayXD There will not be school on Thursday and Friday. Tomorrow, school is half day. School starts at 7.45am and ends at 2.45pm. We will have to wear this ugly green shirt that the senior designed..so unfair..last year's design was so much nicer.

Today was the last judo training. It was the best training that I feel we had in a long time. I felt very relax and enjoyed every bit of training...well cya all on Sat during j2 grad=P

sir's birthday

Today's a happy dayXD I really do not know why I am feeling so high=D Today is judo sir's birthday, so he was in a fantastic mood. Judo was super slack today. I only went for judo around 5.30pm because I joined Kelvin and Elton for GP extra. The part of judo that we missed was the cake eating part (not that I am sad about it since I have no interest and love to eat any sort of cake). After that, we discuss about stuff (shhhh..cannot say^^) Anyway, I was forced into doing something that I had hoped I did not have to do...still never mind about that. I really need to think of some way to come up with $50 though:(

Ice-skating

Woke up with body aches and bruises all over...Yesterday, judo was extremely hiong. At the start of judo, I was even feeling lousy. Went to the toilet to vomit a few times. Around 3.30pm I felt much better and could concentrate in doing judo better.

After judo, I went ice-skating with my XS friends XD I brought Sheryl along. It was great fun, except that I kept falling. My left hand and knees now have huge bruises. Sheryl fell more than me though. The best skater was Samual since he knew how to rollerblade so ice-skating was not too difficult for him. Maybe if I have the money and time, I would go ice-skating again.

Happy racial harmony day^^ Judo was not as hiong as on Tues since I only went for 1 hour (had make up econs lesson till 5pm but it ended at 5.28 instead) Still my body aches from then still has not left. Luckily, there was no PE today due to racial harmony day..people supposingly can't do PE when wearing traditional costumes. But my class never wear them today. only the 2 councillors sort of did =) Guess missing PE was just our luck.

On Tuesday however, my luck was not so great:( It happened to be by far the worst day in my life. Judo was so hiong..I felt like on the verge of collapse (ok maybe its an overstatement). After judo, for a moment, I misplaced my handphone, but fortunately found it back. I missed two 153 buses and two 105 buses (all came at the same time while I was still crossing the bridge). I also wanted to break the news of my terrible mid-year results slowly to my mum, but she found out that I have gotten them already in the worst possible way -through my classmate's mum (whom my mum happens to know). Not only that, on the way home, the bus was so crowded, I got my foot caught by the door when the bus driver tried opening it..foot got scratched but nothing really serious.

Could the day have gone any worse? I thought so...I had as usual disappointed her (thought I would be trashed by my mum)...but don't know why she didn't and that was truly a first.

Well...the grass is truly greener on the other side...**sigh

YES!!!!!! My EoM 1st draft is finally completed. Now, I can go to sleep^^ Well, tomorrow there is actually no school for me since there is judo competition in RI. Still, I will have to hand in the EoM.

Today, I had to rearrange a new date to watch the new Harry Potter movie with Sheryl. I now am not able to make it on 16 July due to extra economics lessons. Most probably watch it this Sunday thenXD

My EoM is sort of completed! I just need to edit it and remove lots of words (about 200) because I went over the word limit of 600.

Today, after I came home from school, I played audition together with my sister, her friend and later with Sin Ying^^Played for a really long time..almost four hours. In between, I ate lunch, dinner and do homework. I really hope that I can level up to clubber soonXD

YAY!! i am half way done my EoM 1st draft. Its is truly a dread:( Yesterday, there was no judo training, but there was a carnival from 9am to 3.30pm. The morning was truly boring since few people came for the carnival that early. Thus, we were mostly sitting around chatting and waiting for almost 1 and a 1/2 hrs. After the competition started, it became more and more interesting. At almost the end of the carnival, it became very interesting. We were like watching a show/movie....hehe! Well, Sherman was fighting really well...he even managed to defeat a blacky belt until of cause was finally defeated by Yong Gen since he was already tired out. Anyway, need to go already..better stop blogging^^

Back to normal school

Well, mid-year exams had ended since Friday. Today, we had only chemistry SPA. It was not too bad:) After SPA, I went to Far East for lunch at Long John Silvers with the rest of the girls...shortly after which I went home. The rest went shopping^^. There is suppose to be Judo today, but I can't attend it. Well, I try to see you people on Thursday xD. Better go now:P

End of holiday

Today is the last day of the June holiday!! Tomorrow is the beginning of the new term and the continuation of the exams...i really do hope i do well in them:) Well, tomorrow's paper is Physics...on wed will be math, then chemistry and lastly chinese..after which is celebration:)

Yesterday I had my judo grading for yellow tip. It went well...I think everyone passed it:) I really do hope I did anyway if not it is a waste of my $22.

back in Singapore

WELL, I am back in Singapore and experiencing some jetlag!!! (Alaska is 16 hrs behind Singapore and Vancouver and Ketchikam 15 hrs behind) Wanted to update blog before my flight but there was really no time what so ever. Alaska was great...cold even though it is summer time. There is almost 24 hrs of sun shine.

The flight to Vancouver was not too good. It was fine from Singapore to Taipei (9 hrs). The airplane was new (China airline) so there was personal entertainment for every passanger. We stayed overnight in Taipei for 1 day as there was no connecting flight until the next day (free stay in the hotel paid for by the airline). The flight from Taipei to Vancouver (13 hrs)was horrible!!! There was so much turbulence...there were even sudden drops in the aircraft!!! freakingly scary!!! Something I have never I hope will never experience again! My sister was so scared so cried! The stupid airline are not even transpent enough to tell us that "We are experiencing turbulence, pls fasten your seat belts." So many passengers were afraid. I saw the lady sitting near us hold on to her husband tightly and praying to God! Many people were really sincerely praying to God (all sorts of gods). Well, I will never ever take China airlines again. The only reason why we took it in the first place was because it is the only airline that flies both to Vancouver and Anchorage (Alaska). Usually take SQ...er this China Airline really was not a good experience...

Well. overall the holiday was good. The carnival spirit cruise had fantastic fine dinning every night (even better than the Royal caribbean one). However, the breakfast spread was terrible. Every morning there is the same spread of bread, sausage, bacon, eggs and cereal...how boring is that? At least lunch had a wider spread!

The cruise started sailing from Vancouver (Canada) on 30 May (saved a day due to time difference) at 5pm. There was no port of call on 31 May so did activities the cruise organised. They were not really very great. The first port of call was in Ketchikam (Alaska) on 1 June. It was a rather same town and since we did not go out of the town, there was nothing really much to do. We just took a taxi and go around the town with the driver touring us around. The ride cost us about US$50.

The next port of call on 2 June was in the capital of Alaska, Juneau. That was more interesting. We sit on the tram up and down the mountain and even went on a tour to see a glacier. After that went to shop.

Skagway (Alaska) was the next port of call on 3 June. There we went around shopping and took 2 trishor around the town. The town was small so there was nothing much to see. We went back to the ship rather early since we did not go for any onshore excursions.

The next port of call was in Sitka (Alaska), an old Russian town and old capital of Alaska. We took a 1 hr tour around the town and even watch a dance performance by a native tribe. After shopping around, we queued up to go back to the cruise ship.

There was no port of call the next day. On 6 June we reach whittier. There we got off the cruise and took a bus to downtown of Anchorage to Day's Inn for the night. We shopped around downtown and even went to the new shopping centre. On 8 June at 12 am, we made took the same bus to Anchorage International Airport to catch our flight back home. The flight from Anchorage to Taipei lasted only 10 hrs with the airplane jerking all the way. After a transit in Taipei for 3 hrs (bathed and eat in the airport), we set off to Singapore. The flight only lasted for 5 hrs. Just before landing, the airplane experience quite abit of turbulence and even had the falling feeling (but not as bad as going to Vancouver). Overall, a much better flight.

Having arrived in Singapore around 2pm Singapore time, we ate in Dalifrance and headed back home.

Holidays

Yeepee!!! The june holidays are finally here. Even though it is considered more of a break before the next mid-year exam paper (GP and H1 chemistry were over last Thursday and Friday respectively), I am extremely happy:)))

I really can't wait till Tuesday, 29 May comes ( OH WAIT!!! thats sort of already tomorrow ) because I'll be off to Alaska for a cruise. My heart is really beating fast with excitement. Will be out of Singapore from the 29 of May to the 10 of June, missing all the judo trainings and even the camp.

Well, I better go to bed now!! Hehe...maybe the next time I blog will be in the Singapore airport on Tuesday while waiting to enter the aeroplane. Until then, bye:))))

Wow it has been such a long time since I updated my blog!!! Have been too busy with school and CCA. Now stress up over GPP and the due date! My group last minute decided to change the person of our showcase. Now rushing to let Mr Bernard Yeong look through our '1st' and '2nd' draft. On Fri, I had to rush from piano class to King Albert's Park Mac to meet up with PW group member to decide..the new person we wanna do on!! That is like so late since this week is PW due date. The meeting was like useless. We mostly just stared at each other and talk throughout the meeting.

Well, got to go now...eat dinner and watch bleach...cya!!

Phantom of the Opera

Wow...i went to watch the much anticipated Phantom of the Opera in the Esplanade theatre yesterday for the night show (8 pm to 10.30pm) even though i was not really feeling well. The musical was fantastic!!! The best of all the 4 musicals that i had watched before. After the performance, the applause by the audience was the loudest that i have heard so far especially for the 'Phantom'. To anyone who has not watched it, quickly buy the ticket and watch it. It truely is a "not to be missed" musical:)

Today, I had judo. Went to judo late due to PW project:( My group managed to complete our GPP in school. Did it for around 1 and a half hour. Judo today was very meaningful. We were corrected our breaking balance and throws.

Wow...its been a long time since I updated my blog!!! Things have been very busy with homework like PW and CCA on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (ending really late).

Yesterday, there was a judo competition (age group) in Bedok Sports hall. I had to be there at 8.30am and it only ended around 3.30pm. My dohjo was a rather boring one since the age group there was 12 to 14 years old, which means that they are the newer players in the sport. In the morning, I was announcing for the matches. There was a problem with my microphone. It kept cutting off, making me extremely irritated at times. After lunch, I changed job with Sheryl and did the time keeping instead. This mind you is a very boring job. You just need to sit there a start and stop the stopwatch whenever the offical says so until 3 mins is up and you will ring for time.

I went home straight after the competition to do my PW and study for the Physics test which I took today. I was actually quite worried for the test since I did not have much time to prepare for it. Luckily, the test wasn't so difficult:) Well, tomorrow have judo training again (its getting a little sian) so better go now:)

Yesterday I had a great time! In the morning, at 9am, I went to Habour Front to meet my 1T30 friends to go to Sentosa:) It was great to be together again. In Sentosa, we went to the lagoon (beach) and played volleyball, captainsball etc. It was really silly of me to forget to bring a change of clothings so while the rest were swimming I could only watch:( But it was still fun making sandcastles even with the children around. I also went to the watchtower with Elton (who also was not swimming) to take a look. It was quite windy up the tower and was fun seeing the other people there taking pictures across the towers and talking about stuff.

Due to another outing that I have, I had to leave Sentosa earlier. At around 2.10, I left the others while they were having lunch to go to Orchard for lunch with my judo pals. It was lucky that someone left Sentosa with me if not I would totally have gotten lost given the fact that I have not visited sentosa for such a long time and the place really have changed so much.

Anyway, I went to Wheelocks Place for a sushi buffet with my judo pals. Had to wait for almost half an hour before getting a table. The Seniors were already eating but there was no space for 6 more people (Sheryl, Huiyi, Audrey, Jasmine, Boon Pang and me). HUiyi was so great at eating. She ate 26 plates of sushi and that is really alot:) Overall, it was nice talking and eating with them.

Yeepee Chinese New Year is coming...getting lots and lots of hongpaos again:))) Well, today there was a chinese new year concert in school just before school ended (lasted for only 1 hr but was quite entertaining esp. the song sang by the odac). After that I went to eat at Mac with my SMSS friends.

Today, I was last minute informed that all those not in SYF for guzheng are out of the CCA. Qinghui was totally MAD!!! I was actually quite please since the CCA really sucked!!! The people there so unfriendly!! Anyway many people were already informed but Olivia, Qinghui and I was totally left out. Nevermind, I actually wanted to pon guzheng today anyway.

After that I went to Toa Poyah with Qinghui to walk walk...then off to the library. Qinghui borrowed this chim chinese book which needed to be borrowed at the counter since it has more than one book attached to the story. To our astonishment, the counter guy passed to her 8 books in total. The whole of that chinese story took up 8 books and are counted as one!! On leaving the library we realised that that counter guy made a stupid mistake!! He forgot to scan the books thus the door alarm was like activated. It was so embarrassing. Qinghui had to take out all her books that she managed to stuff in her bag to the counter again (so waste of time).

On the whole...today was a great day:))

Wow my whole body is like aching after the 12 rounds run during PE and judo after school yesterday. It is so hard just to move around!!!

1T30 totally roxsss!!! As usually before school started, during recess and after school, I played bridge with my classmates. Today was not my lucky day. I kept losing:( I will really miss 1T30 if I do not go back to CJC.

On Mon, 29 Jan. We went to eat prata together:)))) Sadly, the rest went back to school to play basketball while I went home straight after PRATA.

Orientation

Tomorrow is the last day of orientation in CJC and it had been totally fun!!! For the 1st 3 days, we were put into different CGs and I was in CG 16. The people there were totally nice and fun. I made many new friends:)) On the 4th day, we knew our classes (choose subject combi on the 2nd day) and were split up into our different classes. It was very sad that were that to split from our CG, but the people in my class are nice too I guess. My class is 1T30, the phyics, chem, math and h1 econs class.

Today we had dragon boating in Kallang. It was raining throughout the day so we were totally wet even before we went on the boat. We were playing games in Kallang. Dragon boating was totally fun fUn FUN!!! Our class boat were one of the three boats in 1st place went the different classes competed together.

School is reopening soon. My bag still not pack for what is to be the beginning of a more challenging education.

Tomorrow I will be going out with my XS for bowling and maybe even watch a movie. I am totaly excited since it has been such a long time since going out with them.

I am home! After the long flight and transit. I am finally home. The Egypt trip was good. My tour guide and leader were the best. I would totally miss them.

In Doha, the S'pore badminton team were also going back to S'pore. We got the chance to take picture with Susilo. I will post the photo later. Right now, bye.

I am now in Doha International airport for transit after an 8 hours flight. Thus my timing is in Doha time, which is 5 hours behind S'pore. It is actually 1 dec. in Doha, but my blog cannot blog it so I put 12 dec. Egypt is 6 hours behind S'pore. Due to the Asian Games, there is a huge traffic of airplanes. Thus my plane to Egpyt was re-scheduled. Transit was supposed to be for 2 hours but ended up to be for 5 hours.

You will not guess who I met on the plane just now -Olivia. Can you believe it? Was it coincidence or what? She was going to Italy, on transit in Doha. We spoke for a while in the plane and off it.

Due to the long transit, we were given food coupons. Bye now, I am going to eat.

Here I am in Changi airport using the free internet access while waiting for 6am to come for boarding the plane. I am totally excited. I was unable to sleep last night when I went to bed at 1am and since we had to wake up at 3am, I really did not have a winker of rest. Yet I feel so energised.

For the holiday, I have with me US$50 to spend (my savings). At least I have money to spend on the trip:) My sister has US$20. Haha, I have a lot more money than her. Well, I better go so that others can use the computer.

The luggage are packed, all ready for the trip to Egypt. My spirit is high, excited that at6.30am I would be sitting on a airplane and off to the its city,Cairo, knowing that after 10 days of amazement, I would forever remember that wonderous country.

Walking through the ruins of The temple of Karnak, sailing across the River Nile; amazed by pyramids, what wonders to behold. Such Great Wonders of the World are things to treasure and remember.

Yap, as you know I will be going to Egypt for 10 days and am totally excited!! Except that my mood was a bit spoit when my sister threw such fuss over wearing uniform for her last CCA session. I was so irritated that I took photos of her childishness. Well hopefully all will be amended when 2am comes and we have to wake up and go to the airport:)

Today Sinying, Wai Sum and I went to Escape Themepark. Matthew and Tommy made up reasons for not going....Tommy...up with a cold and flu for a week...Matthew...having diarrhea:) Why can't they just say that they don't feel like going??? I am sure that they just made them all up.

Wai Sum was feeling rather depressed. She is going to miss her favourite Korean band (DBSK) live in Hong Kong due to some last minute changes in their plans. After sitting three rides with us, she did not want to play anymore and waited at the Burger King while Sinying and I played two more.

While queuing for the wild and wet ride which took 1 hour, a good example of ungraciousness was carried out. A middle-aged woman who had two sons complained to the ride attendent that a group of teenagers 'cut-queue'. In fact, that group actually had people queuing for them already. That woman scolded and scolded and finally was put right in front of everyone when she was behind us. Who was 'cutting queue' now? Two teenagers behind us were also very upset with it.

I'm home! After hours of flight and transit, I have finally arrived home. The Egypt trip was quite nice. My tour leader and guide were like the best. I would really miss them.

English tuition today was totally fun. We were doing compre and Jaime's answers were so coincidentally similar to mine. Jaime and Christine rox. They are super fun to be with. It has been a long time since I updated my blog....holidays have long started and homework not even started. Well, I guess I should hurry up and start doing them. This is not so easy since everywhere I turn there is some sort of entertainment, TV, computer. Never mind all that, on 17 November, I went to K-box with chunmeng and vanessa in Suntec city. After that, I went to Cineleisure to watch Harry Potter and the Goblin of Fire with my mum and sister. The show was great just that everything seems to be going on sooooo quickly. Well, who asked the author to write such a thick book...Time is ticking, got to go. Bye!!!

K-Box

Wow, today Vanessa, Chun Meng and me went to K-Box at Lot 1 and it was sooo fun!!! Vanessa sang really well. She knew so many chinese songs unlike me who knew like almost nope (terrible, terrible) Well, all I sang were mostly English songs - out-of-date English songs since those are the only English songs that the K-Box have. Still, it was so fun. The only thing that spoilt our mood was that the Counter woman at the K-Box was sooo rude!!(To think that they should have better customer service) Vanessa and Chun Meng said that the branch Suntec is so much bigger and cheaper with the staff so much nicer. Well, i will never know unless i go to K-Box with them again -this i don't actually mind:)

Before the K-Box, Chun Meng and me went to Vanessa's house to play with her super cute hamsters and badminton...It was very very great to play badminton with people our own age since the game was so much nicer (Playing badminton with my parents and mey sister who cannot return and start serves is not my idea of fun)I got to go, so many things to do, so little time. Thank God I passed my music exam:) Sure the results were bad but who cares, at least I passed! Many people did not make it . Well, lucky I had something to brighten my day!!! I was so upset with my cca teacher today - I mean it was just last year that my cca records had big problems n now is the same thing. She is soooo responsible (like real).

TOday, we had over post exam activities. How could the school change our option without telling us!!! I mean we have the RIGHT as students to choose!!! Well, lucky the post exam activity which was jewellery making (what a waste of time n money) became a movie screening of "Bend it like Beckham" - so much better than making jewellery, which i can like buy it from everywhere!!!
